Every Monday, learn Wu Style Tai Chi alongside the most famous style of Qi Gong, the Ba Duan Jin (Eight Pieces of Brocade).

Our monthly ceremony blending Qi Gong meditation with an ancestral cacao drink — a gentle path to stillness and connection.
