I don't take this daily, but it is great when I need an energy boost to pick me up.

Seleno Heath offers great customer service, and shipping is quick. Under normal circumstances, it arrives overnight.

NOTE - Tablets are quite large, so if you can't swallow big capsules, you might be better off using the MACA powdered form in a smoothie.
