Our authentic Peruvian organic maca is personally sourced from our farm in the mountains of Junín, Peru. It is socially responsible, with $1 per bag donated directly to our charity fund supporting the local community of San José de Quero. It is certified organic and ethically sourced direct from farm to table.

Once harvested, our maca is naturally sun-dried for 3 months at altitude, then activated (gently pressure-heated) to remove the starch, making it ready to enjoy and gentle on the tummy.

Maca is one of the world's most unique root vegetables. It only grows above 3,800m in the small region of Junín, Peru, and has been at the centre of Andean culture, cuisine and spirituality for over 2,000 years.

Serving suggestion: 1–1.5 tsp per day. Add to smoothies, cereal, porridge, yoghurt or juice, or stir into a warm drink with or without nut milk and sweetener.
