GPx Immune Protect - Dosage: take 2 capsules twice daily with water and food as a dietary supplement. Optimum defence occurs 6-12+ weeks with daily consumption.

Take 1-2 tsp of Concentrated Red Maca or Black Maca or a combination of both Red and Black Maca daily. Align the ratio of colours of the Maca to the most prominent symptoms shown below in Table 1. Dissolve the powder(s) into water, tea, juice, smoothie or other drink.
